We visited on Saturday 14.12. We ordered different dishes and 3 identical khachapuri and tea. The tea is delicious, everyone liked it. There are no complaints about the taste and quality of the food either. But we waited almost an hour and a half to get all the dishes. There would be no questions about this, we all understand that it is Saturday and there may be a lot of workload, but the fact that each dish was brought separately is obviously at least wrong in absolutely every institution (all dishes were hot). As a result, by the time the last unfortunate khachapuri was on the table, all the dishes were completely cold. If the rules of serving had been followed, they would have given 5 stars, despite the cooking time. But, I'm sorry, it felt like they offered to sit and watch for an hour and a half while the others were eating at the table. I also note that we booked the table in advance and no one took us to it. They told us that we were going to the third floor, but how to proceed – think for yourself. I had to find a waiter myself to sit down at the table. The food is delicious, I liked it, but I don't want to come here anymore due to the service.

A spacious establishment with several floors. There were smoking and non-smoking halls to choose from, the receptionist asked upon boarding.
There are no questions about the kitchen, what was ordered is very tasty. They arrived quickly enough, the portions were normal, and we had a hearty snack.
But the hookah let me down, I tried much better, although the coals were changed quite often, it was smoky, but tasteless and not very strong, although I asked for a strength above average.
A delicious and hearty meal is definitely possible and necessary in this teahouse.

Everything was available - they took khinkali, khachapuri, dolma, eggplant rolls, a set of their cakes, ayran, tea. Everything was delicious and arrived quickly enough. Khinkali turned out to be bigger and tastier than in a similar food chain, there is a lot of cheese in khachapuri, slightly stiff leaves in eggplant, but not critical, because the filling was excellent, ayran with grated cucumber also came to us. We told the waitress in advance (a young, but very pleasant and competent girl) about the promotion, and she beat out everything in the bill with a discount, without any questions.
Both my son and I liked the "Eggplant", we will come again.

1) there was a place for 7 people only on the third floor, I asked the administrator to inform me if the tables in the smoking area were available, to which the administrator said that all the tables were booked before 23.00, although when we went outside around 21.00 there were a lot of empty seats on the first floor that no one informed us about.

3) we decided to play poker with friends, we played on the 3rd floor for about 3 hours, after that we moved to the second floor and there we were told that gambling was not allowed, although during the three hours we played on the 3rd floor, they did not say a word to us
4) THE MOST IMPORTANT REASON why we wasted a lot of time, instead of relaxing with friends, when the change was brought to us, we noticed that about nine rubles were missing, we called the waiter and reported the problem, to which the WAITRESS replied, ‘we gave you everything right, we have everything is recorded on the cameras , ‘ after these words, we thought that we had miscalculated and decided to recalculate everything, it took us about 30 minutes, and in the end we realized that the WAITRESS was mistaken, after we called the receptionist and told about the problem, the receptionist collected all the receipts and went to recalculate, 10 minutes later to us they came up and offered to count it with her, after the recalculation we were right and our 9p was returned to us, this money could have been used as a tip, but with such service there was no desire to leave it, no one apologized to us, not the receptionist, not the WAITRESS, who claimed that she had calculated everything correctly.

After finishing the salads, 20 minutes later, we decided to ask the waiter where everything else was. We have received an answer - I will clarify it now. She clarified that the dishes will still be cooked for 20 minutes. 20 minutes, Carl!!!!!!
They asked to cancel and wanted to retire as soon as possible. The waiter went to get the bill and returned with the phrase "updated information". It turned out that "the manta rays are descending (they descended for 5-6 minutes), and khachapuri will be in 10 minutes." We asked khachapuri to come with us.
Taking a box of khachapuri with her, the hostess told us at the exit that we had a problem. We found the problem in the box at home. The photo is attached.
