Friendly staff. Clear. The furniture is good for a hotel of this level, but the mattresses and blankets are very tired. They give out disposable soap, a brush and shampoo, which pleases. There is a room for eating with a microwave, refrigerator and dishes. Not a bad location. There are several restaurants nearby.

Great hotel. I moved for two nights from another one – more expensive and of lower quality. The price and quality were very pleasantly surprised.
The room has air conditioning, a good shower, a comfortable bed. There is a kitchen on the floor.
The staff is very polite. The location is close to the center.

Budget family hotel. Very friendly people. They were settled before the specified time. Clean linen, good service. But the rooms have no ventilation. Sound insulation is zero. It shouldn't be possible to live. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Hello. We really like the hotel. We stopped by on July 14th. They welcomed us cordially , immediately explained everything and showed us. The room is small but cozy. It's all clear. A double bed, a small hallway, a table, bedside tables and two stools. There is a private bathroom. All the accessories were given (shampoo, soap and even toothpicks with paste). There is a separate kitchen where you can drink tea or warm up food. The staff is very polite and friendly. Attentive and courteous. In general, we were at home here. If you are going on vacation, I advise you to stop here.

We stayed as a family for 8 days in two different rooms. The staff is very courteous, stable cleanliness throughout the hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Very convenient location: within walking distance of the green bazaar, the most beautiful Gorky Park, the Park of 28 Panfilov Guards, Arbat.
There is silence around the hotel, and after walking a couple of hundred meters we find ourselves in busy areas with rich infrastructure.
I will stop here on my next visit.

We stayed at this hotel twice. The rooms are really small, but very cozy. If you don't have a goal to stay in your room for days, then it's a great option for reasonable money. The room has everything you need: a large bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, table with chairs, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom. There is a separate kitchen with a kettle, microwave, refrigerator and dishes. There are many shops, cafes and pharmacies with cozy streets nearby. I would like to note the work of the staff separately - they are very polite, you feel an individual approach, they always ask if everything is good, how is the mood, they respond to any requests very quickly. We have been to many hotels of different levels in the country and I will say that I have never seen such warmth and care from the staff as here.

A middle-class hotel. It is clean, but very noisy in the rooms, you can hear how the neighbors take a shower and how the laundry works. The receptionist is constantly on the phone talking to the entire hotel.

Monstrous audibility between rooms and from the corridor. There's also a bed almost by the door. There is no sink in the room. Breakfast is from 9 to 10 o'clock, not suitable for business trips. The windows in the room are two narrow panes under the ceiling. Everything would be possible to survive if the price was twice as low.
