Pork is just a disgusting piece of rubber with veins, the cook probably thinks if it's not up to frying, then it's delicious! The beef is not fried on all sides properly, it is suspected that it was fried over medium heat. The juice flows out immediately. Bottom line: I don't order there anymore, the cooking is disgusting.
