The prices shown on the showcase and on the menu are for locals only. If you are a foreigner and do not know Turkish, you will be deceived. They'll just come up with an amount out of their head, type it on a calculator and show it to you. Pay or leave.
We took a salad, rice, and a portion of meat. They gave 280 lire for it. After me, a local man ordered the same thing, they charged him half as much and he also had tea.
They are fed regular food, of an acceptable level. It's like in a good dining room. Satisfying. But tourists are being deceived.

I do not give 5 stars to catering... fundamentally... but I couldn't resist here. I liked the quality - really homemade food. And it is 2 times cheaper than in a cafe. We even came here to have lunch the next day. Lentil soup and chickpeas have become a must-have meal. Everything else was sampled... It's different every time. Everything is very tasty. A little oil is a lot... but ... on vacation, you can enjoy yourself and.... delicious. There was no heartburn. A similar institution was tried in Kadikoy (a little further than McDonald's) and then it was found (they lived in the Fatih area). Since we don't know Turkish, we pointed and showed the number of servings (1) and they put it on us. There are a lot of locals here. After that, the cafes practically stopped going to kebabs... and there are trays to take away. Stuffed zucchini turned out to be tastier than peppers. So make sure to come in once. We spent 156, 250 and 300 lire for lunch for three of us. We drank coffee in pastry shops with a cool bagel. Here the pastry is made with sugar, not honey.

There are always a lot of people of all stripes, from hard workers and policemen to very decent-looking gentlemen - the place is clearly trusted, so you won't get poisoned with food)) Huge portions, delicious, fast - if I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely come here again.

But this is not a restaurant, this is a dining room. Like our mu-mu or a rake. Take a tray, put everything you need, and at the end of the way, the payment is made at the checkout.
Baklava is delicious. The meat dishes are excellent.
