the inside of the building is very beautiful, the customer service is zero.The food is not delicious, the prices are much more expensive than in the city

It's just a nightmare. The prepayment will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the reservation even 2-3 days in advance. The kitchen is a nightmare, they don't know how to cook rolls here at all, and the fish is translucent. The only delicious dish is fried cheese with eggplant. Orders are carried out for a very long time. We waited 1.5 hours for this one delicious salad!!! They forgot about some rolls altogether, and others were redone 2 times. As a result, the bill somehow got a portion of fries that we did not order!!! Horror. The waiters are very slow and do not approach the table in many ways. One star and that's for the salad.
