The most disgusting feeling is from the policy of the management of this bank.
I received text messages that there was a recalculation at the end of the month and they charged me almost 50 rubles every month.
At first, I thought it was necessary, the bank should have competent accountants, but this bank has competent scammers.
It is a recalculation, not a fine for non-fulfillment of the conditions, allegedly for the subscription of their hatchback. The terms of the subscription were not discussed, that there will be such penalties. Using this, they stole money from my account.
I was guided by SMS because I really opened the account on the 30th.
Thus, 300 rubles were stolen from the account. I have written a complaint, and now I have received a letter with only numbers and cheap replies.
Gentlemen, I assure you, stealing is mean and low, especially from invasoids and legionaries.
