09.2023 I paid for the opening of the card here, payment by qr, the money was debited, the card was not made. The money is not returned, and the support freezes and reschedules all the time. I have never seen a more disgusting service
11.2024 Better late than never, I add. The money was returned then (everything was solved for about a week or two), eventually I opened a bank card. There were no more incidents.

There is a very long queue, the bank does not have enough experience working with a large flow of customers. They removed the opportunity to take a paper ticket, I saw how difficult it was for elderly people to take a ticket for themselves because of this, but in the end the staff helped them.
All this happens despite the fact that half of the jobs are free and no one is sitting behind them, and workers are sitting behind the wall celebrating something by setting a table for themselves, periodically dragging chebureks and mantas out the door - it is better to arrange corporate parties after hours, or close the department.
I would like this to be seen by the management, who will care about the above :)

I really did not like the system of the bank's work, on the issue of a secured loan, they consider it for a very long time, then they send it to the legal department, they, in turn, also consider it for a long time. And most importantly, the manager does not answer calls to see if approval has been issued.We also work and drive constantly to find out the answer is not possible.You can write two words: yes or no!
