A terrible bank. Customer service 0. They rudely communicate with their customers, kick from one manager to another person, and the results are 0. You cannot make transfers to the Caspian Bank without problems. It's not a user-friendly interface. They leave their workplace, leaving the client, walking, laughing. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would.

I have been a client of this bank, both a legal entity and an individual, for 3 years now. Loan terms +\- like the others, a user-friendly application. Of the cons,- there are not enough managers, you have to wait at least 20 minutes.
