A terrible bank. Customer service 0. They rudely communicate with their customers, kick from one manager to another person, and the results are 0. You cannot make transfers to the Caspian Bank without problems. It's not a user-friendly interface. They leave their workplace, leaving the client, walking, laughing. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would.
