A great bank! Reliable and fast-growing with many interesting and useful banking products. The only complaint is sometimes caused by a mobile application, but compared to applications from other banks, this is not critical.

I would never have used their services if it hadn't been for the college fees.They tied up all the educational institutions to themselves.I came to the department at Ryskulova 95 today.She said that she needed to pay for college, they said through the terminal.I threw 300 thousand after accepting the last bill, the terminal froze, an error came out.I went to the operator, she filled out my details but did not give me the receipt, she said within 3 working days.And today I needed to send a receipt stating that I had paid for my tuition.As a result, it turns out later that I could have issued a card and used it to pay for everything online, plus another 1% of the bonuses will be returned to the card.I asked why you didn't immediately notify me about this, because you know people mostly come to you to pay for tuition.To which they shrugged their shoulders.As a result, I opened the card, I still have to cooperate with them for 4 years, but then it turned out that I had to replenish it by 3500 to activate it and this must be done within 3 days.But I don't want to use their services on a regular basis, only 2 times a year, why should I replenish it by 3500?After the visit, there was an unpleasant aftertaste, firstly, the terminals are not working properly, secondly, the consultants are unqualified, they do not know how to work with clients.I strongly advise against this bank 😞

A good bank. He works loyally with Russian businesses. Of all the banks in Kazakhstan, I can recommend only this one, at least for now. It is unknown what will happen next, but today it is the most convenient for the Russian segment
