It's not the first time the bank has failed. Firstly, the validity period of the card has expired. Why block access to the card account in the application? In fact, my light is not closed. The second point, I went to the bank to reissue the card, they said it would be ready within 7 working days. It has already been 10 business days, and the card has not yet arrived in the mail. I get goods from China faster. I've been waiting in Minsk for 2 weeks. Terrible service!!
