I have never seen a more disgraceful attitude towards bank customers anywhere. You can't get through to a specialist for advice (it all ends with listening to a melody), you get the same answer in messengers, they don't give the contract to the client, ATMs can be transferred on the fingers of one hand. But how profitable it is to take a commission, offering to use ATMs of so-called partner banks, and inform the client about the debit of money after 5 days. The bank's convenient position. Less information is available to the client, which means more income for the bank. It's a complete disgrace!
