While I was doing the operation at the cash register, the cleaner was constantly walking from behind (she had a bucket right at the cash register, although there should be a restroom for this), then a friend (not a bank employee) of the cashier approached without a coupon and a queue with the phrase "I need urgent", despite the fact that there was my number and constantly looked at what he was passing to me the cashier listened to everything - and there my personal data and money, which should not be for 3 persons!
The cashier made a mistake and sighed all the time and looked at me as if I had entered the old udv in the documents, and not her.
The cashier hurried me and gave me the top phrase: "don't count the money!", without really letting me pick up the documents and count the money, she launched her friend!
And of course there was one cash register!
This is not the first case of admission of 3 persons during cash transactions.

The real situation: We spent 2 hours in a queue (they serve 1-2 people in a window per hour) and heard: you need to contact technical support, we cannot resolve the issue. We contacted tech support, where we found out that we had the wrong middle name in their database. We were told to go to the bank. We came to the bank, spent an hour in line, and heard go to the PSC. There's nothing we can do.

If you have nothing better to do in life, open accounts in this bank. Any petty problem results in a waste of a lot of time.

They don't explain anything to you, they can't really tell you how they work, as a result, I spent a day making a dummy card... why don't they check it first, and then give it out like in altyn bank. I did not like the service at all, the specialist does not deal with you, but with his own affairs, although you came to him and does not really know the process.

I fell for the rating. I came to issue a card on January 6, having found out the package of documents at the bank's call center. The on-site managers assured that starting from the new year, all cards will be issued through a financial monitoring check after 7 working days, and they requested documents that were clearly not required (registration in a rented apartment). In another branch (a 15-minute walk), the card was opened day after day without any problems or hassle. From which I conclude that this is the arbitrariness of managers.
