A terrible bank, I started using it because my mortgage was transferred there. This is the most visited support service of all where I had to contact (you can listen to my online call, where your "specialist" told me to solve the problem on my own and hung up on me!)
And the problem is this: without warning, you changed the code in the application and on the site just by card number!!!! It used to be possible by the bill! But you did what was convenient for you and didn't warn me!!! Now I can't log in to the app and use the money! I called and said that being 9a abroad and lying in the hospital, I needed money to pay for medicines, you PROMISED that I would be contacted within 5 days, a MONTH passed, No one contacted me and in the end you sent me to solve problems myself, although these are beyond the answers:

You have to come to the settlement (straight from the hospital from another country!!!) There were a lot of things I HAD to do!

I have not been serviced for a year. I have been getting 8 rubles for the service for a whole year now . I paid it off after 2 months, I was counted 6 rubles again . Without using the bank, they will still charge you for nothing. They can't close it on the phone. And I was leaving and the debt is dripping. I do not recommend this bank, then you will not get rid of it and will constantly pay. I have not used the card since 2023. And I am constantly being charged arrears

I bought a large amount of euros to pay at another bank... It turned out that some of the bills were mildewed... Other banks did not accept them... They refused to exchange euros for other banknotes... I had to get into the money and change it with a loss of money ...
Carefully check the money when buying an exchange in this bank. I will never go to this bank again.
