Great gym. Large area, lots of exercise equipment. The exercise equipment is in good condition. There is a shower. Snacks and drinks can be purchased at the reception. There are also various sports nutrition options.
The staff is polite. All rooms are in a clean condition.

I go to this gym, I used to go to other gyms, but there was no such range of exercise equipment, as well as I worked out with other trainers, but everyone who was there before is kind of rude, and they think that you are Hercules, for the first time in my life I met a coach like Nellie, who is specifically based on your capabilities he makes up a training plan, and increases the load as much as possible and chooses the type of simulators for your body, and please note that exercises are always varied, so that your body does not get used to the same thing all the time, as well as based on your needs, he selects nutrition for you, and together you get, thanks to motivation and work a trainer, instead of a healthy and beautiful body! The best coach I've ever met is Nellie. Regarding the shower, 5 cabins, there is always liquid soap in each stall, it is always clean and smells nice, there is a sauna, you can warm up, lockers with an electronic key, there are two restrooms for women, (for men I do not know) there are paper towels for general use on the territory of the hall, nice and polite girls at the reception there is also a place where you can have a snack (a kind of bar counter) in short, everything is super, the result is there, the conditions, comfort, and cleanliness are there, people come, you will not regret it.

The middle hall is without gloss and any sophistication. The tregages are already tired. The rubber handles on the treadmills are torn and the buttons are broken. But they still perform their functions. The staff is nice and friendly. The locker rooms are clean. Everything is fine in the shower stalls too.

Great gym! Spacious, large, huge selection of exercise equipment, good showers. I go in the morning, there are not many people. There is no queue for exercise equipment. As a recommendation to the hall, it would be very good if you hung up a couple more big clocks to mark the time for rest. There are no problems with parking, I think this is a big plus.

Excellent fitness room. I've been walking for three months. All the simulators are in good condition, the coaching staff is cool. The locker room is always clean. The girls at the reception are nice and friendly. The best gym!!!

+ few people (I walk in the morning, I don't know in the evening)
+ normal lockers (not idiotic like in most clubs, where you can bang your head on the top cabinet)
+ there are crossbars for pulling up, hanging on which your feet do not touch the floor (surprisingly, in many clubs they are not normal) with a height of 178
+ the price is acceptable
Further minor flaws, I did not remove the stars, since the advantages outweigh
- round dumbbells are not signed
- the crossbars for pull-ups with a wide grip (oblique) are still too narrow. And there are not enough of them.
- Add weight belts, chains and carabiners.
- the rack for dumbbells is uncomfortable, they fall forward, there is not enough longitudinal strip of metal
- showers. It needs to be repaired. The toilets are super, the showers are lame. At least the watering cans need to be changed if repairs are not done, and they need to spin at least a little. And upgrade the stands in the booths. The curtains should be removed altogether, the booths are too cramped and they only get in the way
- there are no saunas (but I don't need them)
- it would be nice to put sofas near the reception (if the break between approaches is very long, it would be convenient to sit)
- there is no QR payment in the cafe. I understand there are probably some grates between the Caspian Sea and the club, but this does not make it easier for visitors. Well, I don't carry a card with me, especially in the gym. They themselves lose the benefit
- hair dryers are inconvenient and there are few of them. We need at least 2 more. The buttons on the handle are constantly switching when you hold it. I understand they took the cheapest hair dryer, well, I don't know, go to Philips or some other normal manufacturer, I think they will give it for free as an advertisement
- non-stop music, even in the shower. Sometimes you want at least 5 minutes without music, take a few breaks. In the showers, music is probably not needed at all
- the clock. For such a large one, 3-4 pieces are needed. The only ones that are good (digital seconds are visible well), but there are few of them. You also need 2 pieces in the locker
room - ideally, a turnstile at the entrance with a magnetic pass with face recognition, which would open any 1 free locker (I've seen this in other clubs). But it's probably expensive
The listed disadvantages do not detract from the advantages of the club, therefore 5. Rather, these are wishes.

A good gym, the coaches are not tired, there is drinking water.
There is a sauna, but it did not work. I didn't ask why. There were a lot of people, but I didn't have to wait in line. I was on a one-time visit, 4000 tenge, although the site indicated 3500. For an additional fee.payment can be made to buy a snack, a sports pit.
