I took a cappuccino, but the coffee turned out to be burnt and disgusting to the taste, even three sugars did not kill the taste of burning. Without conflict, I asked the woman to throw out a full cup (since I didn't see any trash cans nearby). Instead of apologizing, the woman was rude to me in a raised tone.
