I have been to the cafe several times , the impressions of each visit to the cafe are VERY NEGATIVE. I thought it depended on the change of waiters, but no!!!!! The service is the worst I've ever seen .You can come and sit for 30-40 minutes and no one will come, you have to go to the waiter yourself and ask for the menu. Well, it 's probably not worth talking about the facial expressions of the waiter , because when she came to the table , she just threw the menu on the table . To give the order, you still need to wait 15-20 minutes, and then after 25 minutes of waiting for the order, they came to you and said that (for two)
They will be able to make only one salad .To say that I was shocked is to say nothing, And do you think it's worth going to such a cafe to spend a pleasant time? I definitely won't go in even if the staff ( who are working now ) will no longer work there, Reputation is very difficult to earn and it's a matter of 5 minutes to lose it with such a team

The food is cooked without a "soul".
Tom Yam soup, chops with French fries and tea were ordered.
The soup is absolutely empty to taste, and it was decided to compensate for the lack of taste with a huge amount of Shirachi, although initially I asked to make it not spicy.
The chop is dry, without the taste of meat.
The fries turned out well, only 1-2% of the breadcrumbs came out for the whole portion.
Conclusion, I will not visit the institution again personally, I will not give advice for the rest.

It's been a long time, but judging by the new comments, nothing has changed there, alas. I didn't like the cafe, the interior was shabby, they couldn't cook half of the dishes on the menu, and they offered to go to a nearby store for a semi-sweet one because they didn't have one.
