I have been working at this factory quite recently! In a place with my wife, before that I worked in Minsk at the Atlant factory, I can't say anything bad, the team is friendly, the dining room is spacious, the food is well and tasty! In general, I liked everything at the factory, they give me soap gloves, milk coupons, and other means to protect against injury at work.

The plant is still working, and thank God. A salary, at least some, but they pay regularly. People are always looking for a better place, so there is a lot of turnover, but they do not want to take vacancies from the street. In general, they will finish playing that there will be no one to work, because for those who stayed, it is hard to work for those who quit, and to cut staff indefinitely and at the same time not raise wages is stupid and short-sighted if the management wants to develop the enterprise.
