I visited this institution for the first time in winter
What I want to say is, maybe I got on such a shift, but the service was very average, not for the level of the restaurant they claim. When I ask my friends later, it's not just me who has this opinion.
I asked for a table by the window, they told me everything was occupied and they sat me down at the entrance, but after me, a family came in without reservations and not alone, and they were seated at the window without any problems.
Everything was as usual with the dishes, the coffee was not delicious, unfortunately, it felt like the coffee machine had not been cleaned.
The interior is good, I liked it, they met me at the entrance and took my fur coat
Maybe it's always been like this, it's just that expectation=reality didn't work for me, as it sometimes does. But according to the criteria that I single out for myself, the restaurant did not stand out in any way, unfortunately

It's a very nice place, I liked it, I visit it periodically when I visit Donetsk. A friend accidentally invited him to visit . The service is excellent, the staff is courteous, the kitchen is excellent.

A wonderful institution is probably one of the best, we have been to many establishments, we were not impressed by the waiters slow , then there is no half of the kitchen , and going into the burberry all the waiters are friendly , of course the best Alexander , the service is at the highest level, it is especially cool to cheer up in the morning with delicious coffee and champagne , and the kitchen is 🔥 especially borscht class super 👍

Listen, well, I won't say about the institution as a restaurant, but a karaoke bar and the person who runs this bar and is at the controls is something! The place is pleasant. They brought water with lemon, a glass of champagne (we went to have coffee with a friend at lunch) at the expense of the establishment. That was the end of the fun. The ordered cupcakes with cherries were brought in a deep plate, abundantly filled with chocolate. In the corner of the plate, a few sad cherries made of syrup were huddled forlornly. It is simply impossible to eat such a thing, even if you are hungry
The serving is disgusting, and, most importantly, IT is NOT TASTY from the word "at all". An unpleasant impression remained.

I didn't like it.Champagne and economy glasses were brought, the glass burst in my hands when I decided to wipe it with a napkin.! They called the administrator, asked why the price of 1000 rubles per glass???It turned out that way for her...This is the first time I've seen a fight of dishes cost so much. The total bill was paid except for a glass for 1000 rubles, Next time Rospotrebnadzor will come so that after the economy option, people do not have glass in their mouths!!!Change the administrator so that she is not rude and dishes!!!!

The location is quite convenient, the wine list and menu are varied and well chosen, the waiters are polite, they will tell you and help you if you need it 👌😊) The price is quite high, BUT! let's be honest - you have to pay for quality! The quality of "barberry" is at an excellent level! Keep it up!!!)
