I visited this barbershop for the first and last time, as an irresponsible barber named Anwar works in this institution. I met with such a hairdresser for the first time and I have never met such an attitude towards a client, even in economy class hairdressers.
I signed up my son (1 year old) for a haircut in advance, wrote to him on Whatsapp, chose a convenient time and date for myself.
But upon arrival, he directed us to another master. To the question:why don't you accept us, he didn't answer. I tell him I signed up for you, he repeated again-go there. I was terribly outraged by this, I wanted to turn around and leave.
I thought that the guy was an intern and asked, does he know how to cut hair? They answered me in chorus - yes.
I forgot his name, Yerkebulan or Yerlan. I asked- have you processed the tools? After a short pause, he said yes, but it was immediately obvious that they were not processing them. There was someone else's hair on the comb and scissors.
I didn't say anything anymore, my mood was completely ruined. I wanted to leave as soon as possible.
But the guy did a great job, who accepted us. The haircut is not bad, the bangs are a little crooked, well, it will grow nothing. I thanked him for his hard work and left.
And Barber Anwar has no attitude towards clients. If he didn't want to trim a one-year-old child, he should have said so right away, I would have gone to another salon.
My child sat silently, did not cry. The master did it in about 35 minutes.
