We stayed at the Barhat Hotel & SPA and were absolutely delighted!
The room was cozy, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I was especially pleased with the breakfast — varied, delicious, with a good selection of dishes for both classic lovers and those who prefer something light and healthy.
I would also like to mention the SPA area, which is an ideal place to relax after a busy day. Cleanliness, silence, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere make this place a real oasis of tranquility.
Thanks to all the staff for the warm welcome and high level of service. We will definitely come back again!

I really liked the hotel. Nice interior. There is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, heated in winter. Excellent breakfasts, clean rooms, friendly staff. The room has a kettle, water, bathrobes, slippers and all hygiene products. I recommend.

Velvet is a super hotel in Taraz, the service is generally great, there are 2 swimming pools, one of them is indoor. The rooms are generally gorgeous. I advise all guests of Taraz to stay only in this hotel.

The rooms require renovation, it is very hot, the temperature is not regulated. The cafe at the restaurant is poorly serviced and the food is not delicious. The interior of the common rooms is nice, I haven't swum in the pool, but it looks civil.

I really like the Velvet Hotel. I like it first of all for the location, for the service, for the friendliness of the staff, for daily cleanliness, for daily order, for great breakfasts, for year-round working pools, and for a hurricane bathhouse. We spent 5 days in the hotel. A very nice, beautiful and comfortable guest. Very clean. We had a good rest. There are outdoor and indoor pools. Special thanks to the masseuse Madina. I gave her a massage every day - a specialist in my field. . I recommend this hotel to everyone. The girls are all friendly. Thank you.

A great hotel on a quiet street near the city center. For a vacationer, there is everything you need nearby: two restaurants, a cafe with good cuisine, seasoned in HALAL standards, affordable prices. Within walking distance of the Small shopping center and the market, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, there is an excellent spa area and two swimming pools, everything is included in the price. Cozy rooms and a standard mini bar.

A great hotel in Taraz. Cozy rooms. Purity. There is a swimming pool at the hotel. It's best in the hot months of summer. Excellent steam rooms in the sauna. Halal direction. Delicious breakfasts. It is a pity that they are not included in the price. It is not an expensive hotel in itself. The price and quality are consistent. I recommend. We have repeatedly stayed at this hotel. We went to the suite with my wife, and then the cons began.
1. The room smelled of cigarettes.
2. There were no bathrobes after they were asked.
3. There are no normal size slippers.
4. Kitchen there were no ordered dishes on the menu, we had to order another one and there were no napkins in the serving. Although they should be in the room.
5. There is no mosquito net on the windows in the suite, flies are flying.
6. Indoor swimming pool without heating.
7. The hammam does not work.
8. The service is very very very weak.
9. There is a kettle in the room, and what to brew with.
In general, the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, maximum 3.
And the hotel owner knows what 5 stars means.

I did not like the service , we arrived there for almost a week and every time we came and knocked , called to vacate the room , for breakfast separately 3 thousand per person ( average quality ) , although it would be possible to add to the amount so as not to carry a card, phone or cash . The bed is combined , the mattresses are terrible ( it would be possible to change them at least every year , they have already lain for so many years that there will soon be a pit ) . One fins sauna.only the kitchen and the pool. In general, we need to work on quality and on service, a day's payment of 30 thousand tenge is not a cheap amount, I want the service to be due for its amount.
