The Tower of the Winds is an architectural monument of the XIX century in the village Construction workers Rybnitsa district Of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.The monument of architecture and history has the shape of a gazebo. The gazebo was created at the end of the XIX century (1870) by daughter Emilia Petrovna Wittgenstein-Trubetskoy in memory of her father, the Russian Field Marshal General, a participant in the war of 1812 Peter Khristianovich Wittgenstein, whose estate was nearby.
