In summer, it is always cool near the building, you can hide from the scorching rays of the sun, and the distance between buildings is usually filled with a light breeze. There are not enough parking spaces near the building on Mironova Street, parking is paid. You can always find a place in the multi-level parking lot behind the Atrium.

Against the background of the rather boring architecture of other buildings in this neighborhood, the special hi-tech style of the building is sure to attract attention. This is an excellent dominant of modern architecture in the center of Mogilev! Unfortunately, the complete restoration of the historical buildings of the old city, wiped off the face of the earth by the dashing events of the twentieth century, is a very troublesome and thankless task. That is why you should look to the future, create something bright and worthwhile! Life dictates its own, new rules. And this "architectural pair" perfectly corresponds to the modern spirit of the business center. In combination with the adjacent Atrium, it can set a new style in the concept of further development and transformation of the city center. The huge number of photo shoots held against the background of this building for several years already speaks for itself. A non-standard project, bright architecture, high-quality execution, stylish lighting of the facade is an excellent background for pictures.
