I'll start with check-in and parking! An inconvenient check-in. Taxis are always around, but not there, which is very annoying! Rope instead of a barrier, the guard apparently starts the cars in the mood! The bath attendants are so-so. Prices are gradually rising, but that's okay, but the service is like a lame horse 🐎

This is a horror, not a sauna! I didn't think that such establishments could work in the city center. Everything is dirty, old, and the lockers won't close. There are no stoves in the steam rooms, they are heated using a steam pipe.
