The location is wonderful, right in the center of the entire infrastructure of Almaty.(near metro,Central Stadium,Sports Palace)
But the building itself is not too attractive, they did not take care of the well-groomed, not to mention the special interior.Some floors resemble Soviet entrances.
The place is a bit dirty.However, as for the services, I am glad, the services:excellent price-quality ratio

The building is falling apart, the walls are patched up with buckets.. imagine that a bucket is stuck into the wall and a rag is tucked into the circle... the road surface in the parking lot in deep pits, the administration does not look at the problems of the building and the surrounding area!!!
