We had a rest in July 2024, the owners are responsive, the sea is nearby, the room is clean and large, everything is available for living, there is a dining room on site, we ate there all the time. We had a rest in Rapica in June 2024. In room 7 on the second floor with a building overlooking the sea. Among the advantages: location to the sea, sea view. The facilities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, kitchen on the floor, toilet and shower in the room, air conditioning, Parking for a car. But there are a lot of disadvantages! Wi-Fi catches only on the veranda, it does not catch in the room. The kitchen is full of unsanitary conditions, a set of dishes for cooking, three pots (one of them with practically no bottom) and one frying pan. There is a washing machine in the kitchen on the ground floor, it looks like there is one for everyone. The rooms are not cleaned, there is dirt under the beds, spiders, cobwebs. Soap, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent are provided once, then everything is at your own expense. These are common points.
I want to share my vacation! Our room smelled of mustiness, sewage. I don't understand why you can't open the room so he can breathe. It seemed to me that we were the first after last season. After three days of stay, it got better. We turned on the air conditioner and opened the door so that everything would blow out from there. The sink was in a faulty condition, water was flowing down it to the floor. We asked for at least something to substitute, Nevik gave us a bucket, but the water was not flowing into it. They informed Nevik, promptly corrected it, there was no sitichka on the tap. But the water was still a little on the floor next to the sink, I don't know where. But after 5 days, I saw worms moving in a puddle on the floor! I wrote to Nevik. The hostess of the recreation center came running, began to accuse that we were holding some kind of damp cloth from here and worms. Then Nevik came. I told him that I had to move my foot away from the tulip sink, that there was probably water there and all THIS from there! He pushed it away and I was right! He began to accuse us of crumbling crumbs here and spreading worms for them. I was outraged, we pay the money, but the room is not prepared and handed over, the conditions do not match! To which Nevik just kicked us out, said he was returning the money to us and told us to move out! There were still four days left until the end of our vacation. I was thinking where we would go with the children at six-thirty in the evening... But since we are being put out on the street, I will not beg you to stay! Nevik brought the money and said that he could stay until 12 o'clock the next day. We spent the night and left. Impressions of Abkhazia are ruined! We arrived for the first time and the conditions for the guests were simply amazing!

Great hotel. We were vacationing in the neighboring Three Poplars, our relatives are in Rapica. Rapica turned out to be better, on the third floor they had a double room with air conditioning and a TV, a toilet and a shower in the room. The five rooms on the right have their own kitchen on the floor, it is clean and tidy, two large tables, two refrigerators. There is a cafe downstairs on the territory, they cook delicious food there, there is food for every taste from porridge to barbecue, it works from 8 am. The sea is 10 meters away, the beach is Pebbly, the sea is clean, there are few people on the beach, there is enough space for everyone, not like in Sochi)))

The Rapica guest house is excellent, I recommend it. The hosts are friendly, there is a dining room and a barbecue on site, national dishes are very tasty. The skewer cook cooked shish kebab, vegetables, fish, grilled meat very tasty. The rooms are clean, the room has a toilet and a shower, everything is clean. There were two towels for each of them. The rods are free for use by the guest house vacationer. The beach is pebbly, the sea is calm and wonderful. I would have returned to this place. And what kind of nature, mountains, pines combined with the sea is just a fairy tale. There is a sandy beach nearby, it is also called the Cote d'Azur.

I put 5 stars only because the base is located right on the seashore. You leave the room and fall into the clear sea water. There are places to Park cars. The room has a toilet, shower and perhaps that's all the advantages. The service, as well as the whole of Abkhazia, is zero. The kitchen is more like a homeless shelter. However, everything depends on the vacationers, the owners do not bother with cleanliness and comfort. If you spit on everything and abstract, you can enjoy the proximity of the sea when you sleep to the sounds of the surf. I still do not advise buying wine at the market in Pitzund. Slops are rare . Paint diluted with alcohol. Spices aren't great either. Smoked paprika is diluted with flour, then sticks to your hands like paste. If you take high-quality spices, then in Sukhum at the central market.

We rested in this guest house from 06/24/2023 to 07/04/2023 , at first we lived in a separate house , and then in a double room . We ordered a transfer from the airport. We really liked everything! The owners immediately solved all the requests! There were enough dishes in the kitchen. We ate as we had to and cooked ourselves and went to canteens and cafes. Thanks to the hosts for everything! Next year, only here!

We stayed at this hotel. There is a washing machine, good Wi-Fi. A cooking area and the first line by the sea, a barbecue recreation area. The children ran to play on the beach and swim in the sea in high spirits. The buzz.

We rested at a nearby base, the owner of this hotel a couple of days before the incident, walked with an air bag equipped with an optical sight, demonstratively walking around the beach, which caused fear to vacationers. And a couple of days later, he made up the dog, in front of everyone, in broad daylight, in front of children and adults. The children cried all night and asked questions, in general, our vacation was ruined. I came up and said that this should not be done in front of children, to which he replied: "Don't worry, we'll bury you." I consider it dangerous to live with such an inadequate person even next to him, he can shoot people, no problem. You should not stay in this hotel, there are a lot of other options, safer than this one and with better conditions, for this money, on the same coast!

It is difficult to write a review... Because everything is worth the money. The price for a room in August 2023 was 2,700 rubles. It is inexpensive for two with amenities near the sea (70 steps to the beach)
But we must understand that this is a fairly modest housing.
You can hear the road in one of the buildings.
The owner is always in touch, this is a huge plus! There is a small dining room on the territory, small shops, fruit stalls nearby, and there are enough food outlets in Ldzaa.
The beach and the sea are beautiful!

The biggest advantage is the location on the shore. Clean wide beach, not crowded. Therefore, the owners of guest houses do not bother much about good housing conditions. Cardboard houses, amazing audibility) frequent problems with electricity. The Internet is almost non-existent due to fluctuations. Of the advantages, there are still air conditioners, the kitchen is close, everything you need is there. Cleanliness is three-fold. But the hosts are generally adequate and welcoming!

We just got home. We had a rest at the Rapica base. The owner is Nevik Arsentievich. Many thanks to him and his family for their hospitality. They solve all our problems, clean and cozy. There are disadvantages, but we, vacationers, create them, and then someone is to blame. I've been looking for a place to relax my body and soul all my life, and I found it. I hope now we will be regular customers of this database. And the sea and nature defy description, a MIRACLE. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

It's a lot of money, and for the money that you pay, neither towels nor bed linen will be changed even once a week. If you ask yourself, they are surprised to ask why not do the laundry yourself. No question, I will wash it, fortunately there is a washing machine on the territory, but it only erases in cold water, otherwise the program freezes. In general, I don't understand how people with children go there, it's just not hygienic. And the only great thing is that the sea is within walking distance, actually that's all.

Yes! the sea is nearby - all the advantages end there. I don't advise anyone to waste their time in this hole. The owner is completely incompetent and rude. The risers stink, apparently the blockage does not solve the problem. Very dirty glasses were brought to a cafe on their territory. The floor in the room is dirty, there is dust and dirt under the bed. Ants are crawling everywhere. There is no extractor hood in the bathroom, respectively, it is damp and musty. Frogs croak around the clock, like in a swamp - it's impossible to sleep. The owner was carrying out repairs on his territory and ruined our property (car) on our claim, we were told that these were our problems. He sent us three letters . Be vigilant - for your property. The collective farm, we have never seen such a thing anywhere, and neither have such owners.

All the negative reviews are very suspicious, with the same spelling mistakes. The place is very nice. To the sea ... I came out of the room, and THAT's IT!!! For such a price, you will not find anywhere on the shore. Every morning we sit at a table and watch dolphins dive! This is a dream! this location is very close to the purest sea with dolphins🐬🐬
It all started with a deception!!
When booking, it was stated that there is a balcony!(we really like to sit with my husband on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee, and in the evening with a glass of local wine)
In fact, this is a long passage to the rooms with slippers lying all over the length, inflatable balloons, etc.
WiFi is almost always missing, to the question why?? Nyuta and Nevik threw up their hands !
There are no rooms out of the question, this is a CARDBOARD HOUSE divided into rooms with excellent audibility in which there is a toilet, shower, TV, mini fridge, air conditioning, wardrobe and a bed with a terrible mattress!!!
On the territory, there is a cafe
, I do not advise TERRIBLE FOOD..
We ate in the dining room, a little further down the street.
CLEANING, change of linen, change of towels takes place only on the day of arrival and that's it!
( if the sand gets in the way under your feet ..

We rested for 10 days. In principle, for Abkhazia, especially for the village, the place to live is not bad. Pros: air conditioning!!! The sea is 10 steps away, shower, toilet - in the room, shops, cafes, etc. within walking distance, the owner of the world will always help. This is my first negative review (I stayed in 6 guest houses in Abkhazia, this one, it turns out, was the fifth in a row) I am writing a review late, before that I had no desire to write about this database
We were there in 2021, booked for 5 days, for two, there was mold in the toilet, there was no electricity all day, respectively, the air conditioner did not work, it turned on for a couple of minutes and turned off throughout the day, the people who lived there told me that this is not the first day and the children can't even sleep during the day in the room because of the heat, when the owner heard that I was talking about this topic, he started yelling at me that I was collecting a "riot" (moreover, there was electricity in neighboring hotels, houses and cafes, in Abkhazia it is turned off, but by the clock, I know that), when electricity did appear, the air conditioner was constantly turned off, to which the owner told me that I needed to open the door to the room and then it would work (not OK?!)more precisely, he did not say, but screamed with a maroon complexion! At night, he began to write incomprehensible SMS messages to me on Viber, that if you don't like it, we can move out and be rude, in the morning he smiled as if nothing had happened and said that no one was chasing you, stay (it feels like he was not in the right place at night) for the first time in Abkhazia I came across with such an attitude (I was in several guest houses, rested more than once) in the morning I found a place nearby and moved out safely, he returned the money for the remaining nights
In general, the end of the holiday was spoiled, I don't understand where so many good reviews come from

A wonderful place!!! The sea is 20 meters away! Sandy and pebble beach. It is much more pleasant than in Pitsunda and Gagra. The atmosphere is calm, the beach is spacious, there is not a large crowd of people. The room has amenities, air conditioning. On the veranda there is a dining table for each room. Sea view!!! It couldn't be better! Affordable prices. A stone's throw from the base there are several shops and tents with vegetables and fruits. There are many cafes and canteens where you can have a nice meal. Prices are much lower than in Sochi, Yalta, etc. I had a wonderful rest!!!

We stayed in this place for 9 nights, we were offered to stay in a small house at the turn to the beach. Before settling in, they clarified whether there are insects, a bath / toilet. The hostess said everything is there, there are no insects, "no one complained about the house, everyone liked everything." Okay, tired from the road decided to stay after all. What turned out in the next day:
1. There are a lot of cobwebs in the room, plus the doors to the bathroom and to the street are not sealed (from the floor to the door + \- 3 cm), all insects fly in quietly
2. In mattresses, springs dig into the body, it is impossible to sleep peacefully
3. The lighting is VERY dim, it's just dark in the room, it's dangerous to read - vision can be easily planted
4. The window and door overlook the entrance courtyard. Through us, everyone went to the sea, every onlooker looked at what we had there interesting. Because of this, the window and door were always kept closed
5. Bathroom - collective farm. There is not a single outlet, the curtain is too short - which is why the whole floor is wet, the mixer itself is inconvenient due to its location and the absence of a switch. The water eventually began to go away for a very long time, although we cleaned the drain
6. When asked to change the pillowcase on the pillow, they heard a surprised "why"? Indeed, for 9 days we have never been offered to change the bed linen, towels or sweep
7. 2 sockets for the whole room, which are located in very uncomfortable places
8. There is a mirror only in the bath
9. Electricity was cut off in the morning, albeit literally for half an hour. But it was on the day of departure that there was no electricity for 2 hours)) I had to pack blindly
10. The house is cardboard. You could hear all the drunken screams of neighbors, the roar of two children, footsteps behind the wall. No silence
There are, of course, advantages: the sea is 20 m away, there is Parking for a car, the location in the village itself (near shops and canteens)
Cost: 3500 per night. Well, I may be finding fault, and I demand too much for such a cost, but it left a stain on the rest in general

You can walk to the sandy beach, not far at all (to the left along the shore). There are spiders in the room, dampness, long-standing repairs. There are a lot of towels, there are air conditioning. But the general feeling is abandonment, negligence, indifference.
