I recently visited the Basilik restaurant, and I was completely delighted! The atmosphere here is incredibly cozy and inviting, which immediately creates a pleasant mood. The interior is decorated with taste.
As for the menu, the choice of dishes is simply magnificent!
The service is at the highest level: the waiters are attentive and friendly, always ready to help with the choice and give recommendations.
In general, the Basil is an ideal place for a romantic dinner or a meeting with friends. I will definitely come back again!

It's a pretty nice place. There are always people. A varied menu. New Year's photo zones. A clean toilet. There is a children's cabin with toys. Polite waiters. I liked the hot escalope, and the cheeks were a little harsh.
Of the cons: for some reason, now in December, several large flies were flying. They need to be dealt with somehow, they are very big and annoying.

A super place. Very very tasty food. The menu is not overblown, but everyone will find a dish to their liking. Polite and efficient staff. In general, it's delicious, interesting presentation, good menu, I liked the interior of the place.
But on my last visit, the following happened: the cook forgot to add salt to the cream soup. The soup was absolutely, crystal bland, it is impossible to eat such a thing (if you add salt to it, you will just eat bland soup with grains of salt inside). I turned to the waiter, to which he tried to prove to me for several minutes that this was how it should be. If you don't like something, add it yourself, the soup should be bland. I turned to the administrator, who took the soup, promised to fix everything. After that, the waiter brought the soup and said that he was wrong. There was no compliment (as it happens in normal establishments). They could at least pour coffee at the expense of their mistake and refusal to admit it, for the nerves and time spent.
On the one hand, it's a very good place, delicious food and you want to come back, but on the other: they can mess up in the kitchen, and the waiter will rub it in that it's right. There are no compensations for mistakes, it has greatly spoiled the impression 😔

A very decent place, especially for the district center. Everything is at the highest level, a number of institutions in the capital are as far away as heaven. The menu is excellent, the quality of the dishes is at the highest level, everything is delicious and very interesting, the waiters are great. It is somewhat embarrassing that the restaurant, and by all indications it is a restaurant, not a cafe, actively accepts tourist arrivals, but on the other hand, everyone turns as best they can.
The next time we visit the city, we will definitely visit this metso again. I recommend it to everyone.

A nice quiet place. The cuisine is good, the cocktails were excellent. The staff is polite and attentive. There was a discount for the day. I liked everything.
P.S. this is for designers...I would advise you to separate the table areas, somehow mute the sounds... We were sitting and there was a noisy company behind, it was not very pleasant to have a conversation, people just shouted over each other... Or the music needed to be louder🤣🤣🤣
Well, it almost doesn't apply to work, but it would be nicer to be alone...

A normal place. The kitchen is quite good. The menu is quite varied. Wood-fired pizza, if you do not forget to clean the oven from burnt flour, will give a head start to most of the capital's establishments. There is a very small children's menu. Hello, we visited this institution for the first time and were very disappointed. At first everything was fine, a pleasant impression of the interior and atmosphere, but I had to wait more than 40 minutes for the usual scrambled eggs (breakfast). The dish has already arrived cold. When we arrived at the institution, there were not many people, but while we were waiting, we probably saw 3 times how the visitors changed. A spoiled mood.

The atmosphere: On the summer terrace on the 2nd floor, the tables and chairs are not restaurant at all. As for a regular eatery, OK, but not for a restaurant. The terrace on the ground floor was cozy, there were fresh flowers, beautiful tables and chairs.
Staff: polite, friendly.
Food: I would not call the food a restaurant. I ordered risotto with seafood. The shrimp was not completely cleaned (the esophagus) had to be cleaned itself. To taste, if hungry, it will go, and so on 2/5.
The pizza was delicious.
I would not have gone to this place a second time, I would have chosen something else.

A good place with good cuisine and high prices. Evaluation of the price/quality ratio 7/10
The service is good, the kitchen brought out two carbonara and 2 pizzas, salads were served almost last, the cold shop either does not have time or does not hurry.
The interior and music are cozy, large windows and lots of light are a plus.
The pizza dough is the right recipe, tender, but slightly elastic, the taste does not interrupt. But the pizza sauce turned out to be soulless and flat in taste, there are very few spices and herbs, the cheese in the sides was pleasantly surprised by the quality and delicate texture, the meat ingredients themselves lack stars from the sky, but of good quality.
The most delicious dish turned out to be a salad with chicken, excellent serving and serving size, the chicken itself has a pleasant and bright fried taste, combined with fresh lettuce leaves and rich cherries - they became a pleasant surprise of this institution.
The next course was pancakes with meat, the meat is quite over-dried, the pancake itself is quite fatty. I didn't like them.
The last in every sense was the pate
The main problem of the dish is a huge amount of broth, the paste is liquid. Toasts are more like a cupcake that is fried on both sides, it falls apart in your hands - it is not convenient to eat.
The only thing I take off one star for is a tasteless and incorrect pate. Otherwise, if I'm back in this city, I'll come back again.

The advantages of this institution can be described for a long time, since no shortcomings have been found. A very cozy restaurant with its own style, quality and taste of food at a high level, as well as the quality of service. If we compare it with restaurants in Rostov-on-Don (which is considered one of the leaders in terms of restaurant business in the Russian Federation), then Basil, in my opinion, would deserve 11/10 points.

As a result, 350 ml of cognac costs 70 BYN (2200 Russian rubles). The cognac did not match the quality, it was not Armenian cognac, it was some kind of cheap swill. I do not recommend it, they cheat.

Pumpkin soup is a complete fiasco.
