I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday at work. Everything was fine in terms of delivery time and communication with the manager, but there are things that will no longer order flowers here:
1. The bouquet was terrible. I chose a bouquet based on the examples of ready-made ones and what should have turned out did not match what I received. It was as if they had chosen flowers that had been standing for a long time (which made the bouquet look wilted). When I told everyone how much a bouquet costs, they immediately said that I was tricked, since the bouquet is more or less, but not for that kind of money
2. No one reported when the flowers were delivered. That's why I didn't know until the end whether my wife had received flowers or not. Therefore, I had to write myself and find out everything.
Point No. 2 is still okay, it happens. But it's a shame for the bouquet and the money spent. I do not recommend it

We ordered a bouquet of 101 daisies a couple of days before the holiday, on February 14 we brought this "most stale" bouquet, when we removed the packaging from the bouquet, we saw that the petals were falling off very much and the flowers inside were almost brown, all the foliage was withered, when we asked the store where 101 daisies were, they replied that there should be 11-13 branches, on a branch 7-11 daisies , but in fact there are 5 daisies on almost all branches, and somewhere more they are all howling , although the price list shows prices not for a branch , but for the number of daisies , you pay for 101 daisies , and in fact you get 50 . When asked about the freshness of the flowers, I was told that the flowers were in Europe a couple of days ago and these are the freshest flowers and this is indicated by the green grain, the cost of this bouquet is 135p + 10p package glued on tape.
