Hello! I visited the Beauty Base salon, which is located on October Avenue. She was booked for a haircut, to Master Victoria. Previously, I visited the master in another institution, in connection with the move, I decided to enroll in this salon. The master conducted a consultation and performed a haircut, taking into account my wishes! I was very pleased with the result!!! During the haircut process, I received advice from a hair care master, as well as Master Victoria told and advised the K-18 procedure. A week later, I returned again to Master Victoria for the K-18 procedure. After the procedure, the hair is gorgeous. I think I've found my master!!! Thank you very much for the positive emotions.

Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the manicure that I did in the salon on October 1st at Master Lisa's.
I was booked for a Japanese manicure and the result was terrible, I didn't even think that a simple treatment could be done so badly and not professionally.
Firstly, the cuticle treatment left much to be desired — the master did not carefully remove the cuticle and cut it in several places (it would not have been critical if the master had treated the wound without my request). But the worst thing about the processing was that the master worked super sloppily - during the cuticle treatment, the master with a cutter damaged my nails!!!! Scratches appeared on them (some deep) from the cutter, the plate became heterogeneous on almost all my nails, which is visible and felt when running over the plate.
Secondly, the master did not know how to do a Japanese manicure, i.e. she did not know the technique of applying the stages (this was evident from the result and she admitted it herself) and I had to tell the rules of application to correct the lack of the expected effect. I do not understand why the salon records a Japanese manicure to a master who does not know how to do it, and I also do not know why the master takes responsibility for providing a service that he does not know how to perform.
My perfect nails, which I carefully restored after removing gel polish a year ago, were ruined, and I am incredibly upset with this result!! I will not recommend this manicure to anyone.
The master asked if I wanted to make a coating and now I understand why - you can spoil your nails, and then cover them with varnish on top and the person will not even know that he is being carelessly and carelessly manicured.
I was in the salon for the first time, I assumed from the description of the salon that all the masters were good, I was bribed by the presence of training at the salon. But I was dissatisfied with neither the work of the master nor the work of the administration. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the condition of my nails to the master in front of the administrator (the master, of course, could not answer anything intelligible), but the administration did not get involved in the discussion in any way and did not try to help and correct the consequences.
I would really like people not to leave the salon with such disappointment.
