I've known the salon for a long time, it's comfortable and fast to work with, but I'm unhappy with the last visit: they add services without warning - for example, I signed up for a haircut, added more styling, the receipt came out twice as much; the masters also have some inaccuracies in their work, like a scratch under the nail after a manicure. 4 stars in advance.

I have been going to this salon since 2017, when they were still at Sayat-nova, for manicure, styling and hair removal. There are good and excellent masters. I haven't met any bad ones, although there were complaints a couple of times. Many have been working here for more than 5 years (I saw them back at Sayat-Nova). The service is good for Yerevan (do not expect excessive fuss around you as in Moscow). Shoals happen to the masters, you need to find "your own", while everything is decided by management: when I was already thinking of changing the salon for manicure, I told my manager about my situation (not the admin, maybe it's one of the owners) and she quickly offered me the best masters for my needs and compensated for an unsuccessful manicure earlier. She encouraged me with her attitude to write a review and "stay" as their client. You won't find such a service in Yerevan, I was shocked. Nata had the last successful manicure. Styling has already been done 3 times by Asmik (red hair) and I also liked the hair master, the shortest girl, often works on a chair closer to the entrance.

The masters leave much to be desired.I did it with 4 hands, everything is fine with the pedicure (although during it I was doused with water, it was due to a malfunction of the faucet), but the "master" of manicure did her job very roughly, eventually I had wounds on 3 fingers and the next day my fingers swelled and it hurt a lot to do anything.during the manicure, I said several times that I was bleeding, from the 3rd time the girl simply treated her fingers with chlorohexidine.also, after applying alcohol, I did not wipe it with a napkin, but immediately applied the cream.I did not expect such a thing from "the best salon in Yerevan".I do not advise you to come here if you want to stay with healthy fingers!

I came to get a haircut without an appointment. The window turned out to be at Tina's master. I showed her reference photos of myself with a good hairstyle. She understood very quickly what I wanted, did not ask boring questions and told me what solutions she used during the haircut to get into the style. For example, she left consciously indistinct temple lines so that they rhyme with the beard. Very quickly and efficiently. 4000 AMD

I have been living in Yerevan for more than 5 years and since the 1st time I only go to this salon, I remember it back on Sayat Nova. There have never been any problems with coloring, haircuts, manicures or pedicures. All the girls are professionals in their field, they very sensitively hear the client and fulfill his wishes, without imposing services.

They cut it very badly (( I asked to do the same haircut that I had, only to remove the length. I have a multi-level cascade. As a result, they laid in waves at the end, so it was not clear in the cabin, but I washed my hair at home - two levels, with a big gap, what looks like.. bad. I do not recommend it.
