Girls! An even review. I highly do not recommend the Beauty Center salon.
The situation is like this. I signed up via Instagram with a request to dye thin hair with gray.
I came, the master offered me 6% oxide for the roots. This was the first bell, as such thin hair will kill such a percentage. They agreed to 3%, although the master in Russia painted me 1.5.
They chose the color for a long time. The master shifted it a little darker, saying that it was closer to my root (this is 5 in tone). I agreed to light amber brown.
But in the end, the color turned out to be black. Well, really black. I told this master about it, she said it just seemed that way because of the lighting.
Plus, she said that my hair is not very good (although I try to take care of them with masks, oils, balms, they are just naturally thin and fragile). That now she has made them well-groomed.
The result: a very dark color. Very. It doesn't suit me, I look 10 years older.
I wrote on Instagram that I was not satisfied with the color, why it was darker than the one I chose. Could the master have confused the tern or something else. No requirements.
To which I received a claim from the hostess that she immediately felt that such a situation could be with me. Is this normal?
I wrote again today. The master has already communicated with me in the claim format by voice. She told me that I was writing on Instagram, not to her personally.
To which I replied that I didn't have her number. And she said that there was, and we corresponded with her.
To which I asked to see the correspondence, but she did not show it, because she is not there!!!
She started making claims, which I'm trying to achieve, I won't get (and I didn't demand anything).
To which she replied: "Well, Lydia, if you are not satisfied with our work, then we will not worry that you will not come to our salon."
Apparently, they won't worry at all if they don't have customers. 😐
Communication is toxic and rude, they do not know how to admit their mistakes. The prices are too high.
If you don't want such problems, then avoid this salon.
