I was on vacation with my wife in Grodno! I had a chance to visit the Beauty Express salon in Trinity. If you are looking for a good beauty salon, then I recommend contacting this one. We were very pleased with our visit! The craftsmen were very attentive and caring, and the quality of the services was simply excellent.

11.01 visited this salon. Not for the first time, but the previous 4-5 times there were no problems. She cut her bangs. It was convenient that I didn't have to go to the main hairdresser across the city, but came shopping and, at the same time, cut my bangs.
It is worth noting that during all visits (in the evening and on weekends) the cabin is as empty as possible.
11.01 as usual, I asked the master to shorten the bangs so that it covered the eyebrow. Clearly showing how long it should be in the end.
The master clarified about the milling in the process, I confirmed what we are doing. All the previous times in this salon, the masters also did the milling for me.
After I opened my eyes after the milling, I had a shock. Judging by the look of the master, so does she. She tried in vain to put this nightmare to rest. I made a remark while still sitting in the chair, but the master tried to prove that this was a milling and "you wanted it yourself." I look like a plucked chicken, half of my forehead is open. Despite the fact that the master was given a clear CUT, the bangs should cover the eyebrows.
At first, they tried to give me a 50% discount, but they didn't take the money as a result.
And then, it happened after for several minutes, under various pretexts, I was refused a complaint book and I threatened to call the police. (The book is not in the salon - the director has it, then it is, but there is no key in the safe… Then (after the words about the police), it seems that the key was found ...))
"Thanks" to this salon, I now have to buy styling products, invisibles. It is impossible to kill this trash normally. The hair is scraped out to half the length and too short "for a hairpin". As a result, I left with a spoiled appearance (taking into account the growth rate of my hair) for a month, with the need to spend more money on remedies than on cutting bangs, and with a spoiled mood.
Well, the salon created a problem for me with a "bonus": instead of "combed and went", for about a month I will have to suffer with styling this nightmare. This is not counting the fact that I have a high forehead and pinned bangs absolutely do not suit me.

Photo 2. 11.01. Scraped out in pieces of different lengths. Above the eyebrows, everything is "torn out", the length was not removed on the sides + the upper layer is much longer than the lower one. The initial request "the eyebrow should be closed" is not fulfilled from the word at all.
Damn you, they cut your hair like you cut mine…
