I don't recommend it. The situation is as follows: I did manicures and pedicures, rubbing + matte finish. Both masters failed, everything fell off and peeled off on the same day. Thank you for redoing it, but you did not apologize for the inconvenience, for my time, especially since I came without scandals and did not return the money. The pedicure has been redone well, Daria "master of nail service" should still be careful and more professional in her work. No gloves, no good correction, the length of the thumbs is generally very different, I attach all the photos. Oh, this is terrible. And this salon left unpleasant impressions. I don't recommend it to everyone I know, my mom canceled the recording. Your notes are also for other procedures. I should also add that my finger hurt after the pedicure. This is nonsense!

I was very pleased with the haircut. I came to Minsk for the weekend and had an amazing idea - to update the image. I was looking for the nearest place on the maps where I could get right away. One - it's closed, two - the queue is alive, three - I'm opening this salon. And here there is an online recording via maps. And literally an hour later, the window. It was a real sign. I signed up.
Master Julia immediately spread it out. A pleasant man and a good craftsman.
The haircut for long hair, hair washing and styling were completed in just an hour. But I was energized, and I got what I wanted.

Disgusting service, or rather its complete absence.The salon administrator did not offer coffee, tea, or water.I did it for another client, though.From the conversation between the master and the client, I realized that the client is an acquaintance of the master.Is the service valid only for familiar craftsmen?The job was done terribly, it's hard to name the person who did the job as a master of his craft.It turned out to be pancakes.Since the master immediately covered 4 nails in two layers, after which she dried them.Instead of covering one nail, dry it, cover the second layer, dry it.We made a cat design (just varnished, did not use a magnet) and a rub.The master didn't know how to use the rub.He rubbed, washed, rubbed and washed again, and was indignant that the rubbing was bad.That's why more time was spent.The website says the complex is 2 hours.To my question to the administrator:"Why did it take more than 2 hours?", received the answer: "So there are problems with your nails (although I have no breakages, I do not need to build up) and a complex design."So maybe the master just doesn't know how to calculate in time?.The nails are filed crookedly, they are different.She asked me to file it, but I didn 't know .She asked me to remove the cuticle rub, which was just stuck in pieces.The master blamed the rubbing for a poorly done job.A question for the management.Do you talk to craftsmen, do you buy high-quality materials?To which I told the master: "Maybe it's because of your professional skills and first you need to work on models with material that you don't know how to work with, get trained, and then work with a client for money." The master threw a nail file at me, refused to file, apply oil, and wipe her hands of dust.She started yelling at me , being indignant, rude, and swearing at me .She started threatening me that she was going to take off the cover.I went to the administrator to solve the problem.She started scaring me with cameras that recorded me being rude to the manager, taking the side of the master, not the client, even if the employee is wrong, a unique service!Dear management, look at your sinister cameras, which they tried to scare me with, and deal with the situation.The master was lucky that I wasn't in the mood to swear and I didn't make a scene because of her disgusting behavior, I didn't demand a complaint book.The management could not be contacted, as the salon's working hours were over, according to the administrator. I showed the shortcomings in the work of the "master", the administrator remained silent, did not object, from which I draw conclusions, there were grounds for my indignation and offered to leave the work without payment.There is no pressure to communicate with the administrator.But all the time that we discussed the situation with the administrator, without contacting the master.The so-called "master" ran around the salon and continued to speak negatively about me.Is this the normal behavior of an employee?!

The quality of the work is at a very low level! I did the simplest manicure, without extensions. After 6 days, the coating on 2 nails just fell off. It is very difficult to sign up for a master for a makeover, there are no free masters. I had to sign up at an inconvenient time for me and sacrifice my sleep (I work night shifts). After the repair of the nails and 3 did not pass, the same problem the coating on one nail just falls off.

I was at an appointment with Natalia's cosmetologist, I did an ultrasound facial cleansing and chemical. peeling.
I usually did mechanical facial cleansing in other salons, but Natalia convinced me that mechanical cleansing is an ancient age and it's worth switching to ultrasound. The face was cleaned and placed under a film. Natalia left the room. Upon returning, the skin was steamed, hidden comedones were revealed, Natalia took a spoon of uno and began to injure my forehead, otherwise I will not call it. Either the tool is not of high quality, or the technique of pulling the spoon over the skin is incorrect, but I found scratches on the skin a couple of hours after I came home, as if the skin was covered in scratches. It hurts, which I asked to stop, I realized that I couldn't stand it. Next, ultrasound was used. a facial cleansing machine. Forget what you have seen on numerous videos where this device is gently and slowly driven over the skin, this will not happen here. Natalia thought that it would be the best thing to run over the injured forehead (bumpy from scratches) with energetic fast movements. I must say that it hurt like hell, so I just pressed myself into the sunbed. Natalia said that I was the first one who was in such pain. On the cheeks, where the skin is probably thicker, it was pleasant, at this stage it was possible to relax a little, but in vain. Then chemical peeling. Putting it on her face, Natalia said: I work with acid, we do not open our eyes, we do not touch with our fingers. And she applied it to her face and under her eyes, to my question why they don't usually apply under her eyes, Natalia replied that we would pick up wrinkles. And the master... She left the office!!! My eyes were watering from previous procedures, all my eyelashes were wet and I must have scooped up chemical. The composition under the eyes is first with the left eye, and then a little with the right. Natalia is not there, she came out of the office to chat - I'm alone, my eyes are starting to burn, I ask someone to come over. I can hear the hair dryers working, they can't hear me. I understand that acid can burn through the eyes and it became absolutely no joke. Having finally shouted, someone called Natalia, she ran and began to wash off the composition, I did not open my eyes because I was afraid that the composition would get in. Somehow I couldn't help myself. They closed this case with a green face mask and that's it, I was told a hundred times about mesopiles next time and so on - do you think after that I would want to come to you again? There was an amazing situation at the checkout - the cashier was doing a pedicure during working hours and she was clearly not up to work. After I came home, I realized that the cleaning was not done efficiently and the forehead was injured.
I do not recommend Natalia's cosmetologist to anyone!
