She made me an Airtouch and burned my hair. In the technique, for some reason, I painted the blown layer red at the 8th level, when it is not touched a priori so that there is a stretch mark. And I have my own cold ones at level 8. I applied 12% oxide to the ends! These are new techniques where the powder is diluted 1:10, she said it gently. But I lost 40% of my hair. It's just terrible! They ruined my hair. They made the white length red. And then they tinted it so that it was all stained! Not a total blonde at all. If you don't want to be left without hair, then don't set foot in this salon! Because they burn the scalp and hair! I have a chemical burn!
