I use the communication services of the whole big four. Some have one thing better, others have another. I can't say anything particularly bad or good about the beeline connection. Sometimes it is surprising that it exists where all others are silent.
I've been with the operator for more than 20 years, but now I'm thoroughly upset.
The bottom line: my mother was forcibly transferred to a tariff with a subscription fee of 50 rubles per month.
There was an archive tariff, in which there was no subscription fee, and when calling Beeline numbers, 5 rubles were debited and you could talk for 200 minutes a day.
On 06/20/2023, an SMS came that .. you have been transferred to a tariff (funny name), where for 50 rubles per month you are generously given 0.5 GB of Internet, 50 SMS and 35 minutes of calls to any numbers.

He refused, argued the price and agreed to connect with another company. A couple of days later, they call back from Beeline, they start their favorite songs about what an important subscriber I am, how long I have been using the services, and that only today and only for my beloved is a mega-profitable super tariff available, to be precise, 500 rubles for the first two months of service, taking into account the rental of a TV set-top box and a router, and then 550 rubles for the entire period of use.. It smacks of love, I thought, but still I have not found such conditions anywhere before, so I agreed, canceled the contract with another telecom operator and sacredly trusted my beloved bees. A month passes, the second one comes, I go to my personal account for the sake of interest, and lo and behold, what do I see there? The price for the next month is 800 rubles, not 550 as promised. Naturally, I knock on the support, they say that's right, there was a promo period for 500, and now 800, what questions?! But there are questions, they promised me completely different conditions. Well, a couple of minutes of standard communication, which is difficult to distinguish from a conversation with a robot, so we don't come to anything, the next step is to call the hotline. In general, the conversation is similar, no one knows anything, everything is correct, the tariff does not exist, I probably heard something wrong with my ears in my old age.. I ask you to raise a conversation with the operator, who "in order to improve the quality of service, all conversations are recorded" should have been, which obviously I get a refusal and the impossibility of this terrible act. They offered to make an appeal, send it to the third operator, who will then transfer the case to the tenth, and after thirty working days I will receive an answer from the fiftieth that everything is fine, Beeline has nothing to do with it, I am definitely confusing something. As usual, the guys do not intend to solve the problem, or they believe that there is no problem, however, they promised me one thing, even when connecting they gave me a piece of paper with tariffs, where the same tariff for 550 rubles is indicated, but they tell me that there is nothing like that, in addition, the installer-plugger left his phone for communication in case what, attempts to get through to end with long beeps.. When drawing up the contract, it was promised to send it to me by e-mail, well, I'm like such a trusting guy, mail is so mail, I didn't climb there, I thought, well, let it be, I don't need it.. Futile attempts to scroll through the mail today for several months back and forth from the day of connection failed miserably, no contract was found.. Which means what?
