There used to be information machines in the room where you could view all the information about the services and services provided by the company, computers were also installed that could be used by customers waiting in line, now there are no information kiosks, computers either without a mouse, keyboard or do not work, if your battery is dead, it is no longer possible to view information online about the tariffs or services you are interested in, in order to contact the operator fully armed and not waste time getting answers to questions. I had to walk around the hall and look at all the available booklets to find the right language with the right information, which unfortunately did not work out.
In general, in my subjective opinion, the situation with customer orientation is clearly several times worse than it was before.
