I really like the gym, it is well equipped, there is an opportunity to go to group classes:
- stretching
- zumba
- anti-gravity
- rock climbing
And so on.
The trainers are excellent, it is better to come in the first and second watering of the day. There are a lot of people in the evening.
And by the way, there is a good parking lot, you can wash the car, charge the electric car, eat and even buy sports clothes.
In general, I definitely recommend it!

Wonderful coach Sarvar and boxing coach Prafsor! Good guys at the reception :)
Of the cons:
1. Shower gel in the showers smells terrible, it's called "smell for serious uncles", girls don't want to smell like that at all :(
2. There are no vegetarian or vegan dishes in the cafe, although you don't even need to buy new products to add them, you already have them. Any dish with meat, milk or egg is strange for a modern fitness club of this level, I can never eat after a workout. Add some vegan vegetable soup - it would be unrealistically cool!

Great fitness club. There is everything. The coaches are all professionals. The pool is simply gorgeous, there is a sauna, a spa area. I didn't like the beauty salon, I went to the master to lighten the horses' hair, the feeling that I just had my head washed for an expensive price. Here is a beauty salon not for advice , but the fitness itself is cool , there are children 's groups . Fitness cafe nearby (green point).

It still does not reach the level of a business class club, but the club is good.
Minuses:
1. There are 3 hair dryers in the women's locker room. It wouldn't be a problem if it was always +40 outside. In winter, it is unrealistic to dry your hair in the morning without waiting in line - it seems to me that a club of this level can afford to put hair dryers at least at every outlet.
2. It's time to change some showers too: they don't hold a watering can.
3. Electronic door openers are uprooted in many places.
4. I'm not sure if the problem is permanent, but the water for the cooler has been missing lately (also in the women's locker room and spa area)
5. There are not very many group programs, sometimes there can be 15-20 people for crossfit, although when selling they say that a maximum of 7-8 and there is always enough for everyone))
Positive:
The gym itself, the pool is excellent, the presence of a climbing wall, good equipment of the halls.

Disappointment. Although we used to recommend your spa to friends.
Before that, we always went for a steam massage, and were in the same room without any additional charges.
Apparently, some changes have recently occurred and if you want to be alone during the procedure, then you need to pay another 250,000 for this. At the same time, during the booking, the administrator did not say a word about these changes. We found out about it after we arrived. I have not yet seen an additional payment for a steam massage in any spa.
The separate rooms of the spa, which I visited for the first time, are located in the part of the building where the hoods are terribly audible, i.e. during relaxing treatments you will enjoy only the hum/noise of hoods. I can't even hear the music. 1.5 hours have never dragged on so long. At least you would have made sound insulation.
