We had a rest with my daughter from September 29 to October 6)) A great hotel for its stars!!!! The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, towels were changed every other day. There is a lot of different food, meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, salads, pickles, sauces, fruits and sweets! The bartenders especially liked Mustafa and Ahmed))) the only negative is that the entire staff almost does not speak Russian. Yes, and the hotel is located not far from the center)) there is no beach of its own, but it is 350 meters to the sea)) everything is nearby and everything is cool)) we are happy with the rest and have not regretted it once))

A cozy hotel, we went for 14 days and liked everything. Shopping centers and shops are within walking distance, a free beach without sun beds, to get to the beach with sun beds you need to buy a drink

We're not going to this hotel anymore! The tours cost $1,300 for two people. I'll start from the beginning. We arrived in a large company, 12.10.2024-19.10.2024. We settled on the 3rd floor-there is no elevator, 2 buildings, a Turk who absolutely does not understand Russian met at the reception, we communicated on our fingers. A grandmother came with us, who has heart problems, in broken English they asked to move her to the first floor, since it was hard for her to run on the 3rd floor - the stubborn administrator refused completely, they threw her on the 3rd-without an elevator, they did not help to drag suitcases, they did not accompany her and did not show the room. They poked themselves. 🤷♂️. The key card was given 1, and money was asked for the second one.
Somehow, tired people got up from the way to the room, the door did not close well, it was necessary to bang so that the whole hotel shuddered. The room is clean and cozy. There were white slippers for 2 people, at the end of the rest there were black ones. There is a balcony, cleaned every day, but not very clean, for the view-it will do. There were 2 bottles of water in the room, 0.5 each, and we dribbled them until the end of the rest, constantly pouring water there in the dining room, we no longer gave them out. The shelves in the bathroom were pleasing, everything worked. There is not a single Russian channel, apparently.
The kitchen is very weak, I was full, but I was tired of the monotony and scarcity, and sometimes I completely missed it-I was too lazy to walk and not interested in the same thing. Alcohol-gin, crayfish, wine, beer, not even their stinky whiskey.
The dishes are something, the glasses are plastic, "everything is washed, dirty, the homeless are more beautiful, they are just terrible, they were not washed, with lip prints from previous drinkers."
Russian Russian is absolutely not spoken by the staff, they are boorish, they constantly ran into conflict, it was difficult to explain on their fingers, only the barmaid Gemo, we liked, a kind girl, we contacted her, but also does not speak Russian. They are very stingy, lazy, and do not want to tear off their ass once again for the guests. In general, the minus is huge. There was a situation when our fellow countrymen came to visit us, they began to be kicked out, arrange a conflict situation, looked at the Russians like, what kind of people did you come here at all,. There was dinner, and watched as the kites suddenly came to devour their food. It was disgusting.
The beach is public, there is no one of its own, a 15-minute walk from the hotel, we lay constantly on the beach from the restaurant, ordered drinks and sunbeds for free, the average check for drinks is 800 lira (the rate of 3.57 lira = 1 ruble). Cigarettes cost 80 lire kml-any kind.
There is no animation, they entertained themselves, but there are a lot of us and we are all funny, so there was no problem. Russian Russian music was not included, we took a speaker with us, we always had Russian music playing.
The vacationing Europeans treated us well, unlike the staff, got to know the Russian-speaking Balgars, very good people, played water polo with the British, no problem, no one messed up.
Oh, when we were evicted, on the day of departure, they ran after us at 12.00 with scissors to cut off the bracelets, and no longer gave us water or food, even simple water had to be begged. A very greedy hotel, as soon as 12 o'clock struck, they were ready to kick us out, they didn't give a shit that they were guests. And I don't care that the plane is only in the evening.
In general, a terrible hotel, a terrible impression, there were many, even in 2 rooms, but this was the first time I met such an attitude, a bad impression of the hotel. Don't go there, don't feed them with your money, let Europe feed them, it's better to have 2 in Alanya than this one in Marmaris.
But we had a great company, we had a good rest, we had fun with each other. 😁
