If there was an opportunity, I would choose another company, because it is simply impossible to call it a company. Do they promise Wi-Fi? Do they promise air conditioning and a new bus? You can't wait. An old bus breaks down halfway somewhere on the highway and is repaired there. There is no air conditioner and its role is played by a half-open door into which a bottle was shoved to blow out.
Well, about the attitude to suitcases, boxes and other things, you can just keep silent.. These people turn your things around as they want, throw them, turn them over without even knowing what's inside. At bus stops, they pull out suitcases to take out parcels and then they don't think of putting them in place, they throw them at random.
Well, of course, stops every hour because the poor drivers are hungry, so the rest are also encouraged to go to a local cafe, because of this, the trip from St. Petersburg to Kutaisi took 87 hours KARL. 87 hours of suffering without air conditioning…

The worst company . On May 12, two bags were sent to Batumi . It's been almost 2 months. Of the 25 kg of cargo, only 5 kg arrived. No one in the company can clearly explain the loss. The calls are not being answered. In fact , the cargo was simply stolen . What kind of people work in this company?! By the way, they took the money for transportation right away, they don't want to return it for unfinished work. A very bad impression of them. We do not recommend using their services

I am happy with this company.I sent two huge bags (30 kg)with things from Moscow.Pros: they work late every day, low prices, all things are delivered safely (even the service), polite guys.Cons: there may be a long wait in Georgia.But it doesn't depend on BEKA. I'm happy, even though I've been waiting for a month and a half.

The most terrible company. We came to buy tickets for Batumi-Moscow on the big bus. They promised that we would get on and go, there would be no stops and arrivals to other cities, the buses were new and that we would get there without problems. As a result, in the morning we find out that we are going by minibus to the city of Natakhtari and there we transfer to a large bus. That's half the trouble. Then every half hour we stopped to eat in a cafe, otherwise the drivers were constantly hungry.. they bring them to their points and still go around persuading them to come in and buy food. They have everything agreed here in advance. When there was half an hour left before natakhtari, a tire struck, they knew about it, but it was better to eat three times an hour than to prepare the car properly for the trip.. so if they say that you will immediately take a big bus and go, then it's a lie and in the morning you will 100% take a minibus and will only drive to another city all day, instead of already crossing the border

The worst transportation company. We repaired the bus on the flight half way along the planned repair - we lost 5 hours on the road because of this. The doors do not close in the bus in any way, the hatch flows like from a watering can.

Disgusting. To leave at 6 a.m., so that at 20.00 you would be 80 km from the border? Gathering a bunch of people? And then they break down and just leave people and leave? Things, passports on the bus, people abandoned on the highway without money, documents, warm clothes, at night. A day later (according to them) they changed the bus. But my daughter didn't wait. They braked a normal bus at night and got to Vladikavkaz.
I do not advise anyone to contact this company. Only half of the money was returned. And then when the police are called. They are not afraid of anything. They'll cover their own.

I don't advise anyone. We got caught 1 time, everything that is written in the reviews happened. After 24 hours of travel (with torn tires and boorish drivers), they barely finished to the border, transferred to an even worse bus. The road from Kutaisi to Vladikavkaz took exactly 24 hours, and those who went to Moscow were told to prepare to go for another 30 hours! Quiet horror! Before buying a ticket and listening to their sweet fables, read the reviews. Time goes by, but Beck's tour just sucked and stayed.

It's a disgusting office. Do not send parcels with them, they open them, take away an expensive thing, throw garbage, take money, give it out, report that they sent it and brought it.The atheists! Checks, documents are not given at the time of delivery, but the ZPP works for us, it's not Georgia, we go to court. according to the tax information, the legal entity ceased its activities in 2016.

Nothing has changed! We are in the same situation. The bus was not the one that was promised - it was all rolled up, dirty, the seats were broken, the air conditioner was not working, the speedometer was not working properly...The ascent to the pass in Gudauri was difficult to withstand. Also, 6 pairs of tickets were duplicated, 2 tickets were sold for one seat. No one has apologized, no one is responsible for anything.Everyone was blaming it on some kind of ridisk- Katino!!! There was no replacement driver, they found a person from the passengers who has the right category of rights and asked them to sit for furniture. The driver did not have a passenger list, they were recalculated 100 times at customs, the cargo was loaded not of passengers, but of drivers, because of this, there were problems at customs for 2 hours...after crossing the customs, one driver got out...and he said that another one would go to Moscow...the bus with people was standing open ..After 10 minutes, another one came to us...Kurya stated that he had just left the flight and would buy in the cabin because he was tired....the shift was only in Solution...The flight from Tbilisi to Moscow was supposed to take 30 hours, we were on the road for 46 hours. All the way, the drivers were rude, rude, made stops in unpleasant places, with paid toilets and disgusting catering. We do not recommend anyone to travel with this office. All the impressions of a vacation in Georgia have been ruined!

It's terrible not to say anything! On September 21, the devil pulled me to contact these carriers, I left Batumi, they said there was a direct route to Krasnodar, it turned out to be a transfer, there were half a bus like me, who were just deceived, to put it mildly. Some had two tickets sold for one seat. The bus is dirty, old, clogged with cargo, which was collected throughout the whole road, passengers - this is so an application, a disguise. A huge trailer was attached to the bus, which unhooked at speed along the highway at night and flew into oncoming traffic at night, creating an emergency situation, from two o'clock in the morning we stood on the highway somewhere in Ossetia until 9 a.m., it was just a nightmare! Moreover, half of the passengers simply did not reach the place, because the bus did not go to these points, people changed places to get there.... I've read so much negativity, and it's all the same, how can this Back tour be allowed to transport at all.??! Never buy tickets and GOD save YOU FROM THESE CARRIERS!!
