In February 2025, the company repaired an LG TV with vertical stripes and bright white spots on the screen. An agreement with them and an act in 2 copies were drawn up. A few months after the repair, in May 2025, the stripes appeared again. My verbal complaint about a possible repair under warranty was refused, with the words: "Do you have the documents? look for your copies (of the contract and the act) at home, find out for yourself what kind of work was carried out and spare parts were installed... And anyway, he has a vacation, and he won't and doesn't have to figure it out based on the copies he has. Is the very fact of repeated failure really not enough??? Avoid it!
