A small but convenient bank branch.
There are usually few visitors, so there are no queues.
Inside there is an ATM, an information kiosk (for replenishment of the account it works according to a scheme different from other banks: select replenishment, then insert the card on request, then extract it, then put the money in).
Electronic queue service.
Waiting for a new card is ~ 1 week, it must be picked up at the office, they do not send it by letter.
