We decided to take out a loan for a garden partnership, after visiting several banks, we decided to find out here whether it is possible to purchase a loan for a house in a garden partnership. We were told that it was possible. We clarified several times, "but it is definitely possible for a garden association," and they answered that yes. We also clarified whether a residence permit is needed, since it is only temporary in the village, but the consultant assured us that they do not care what kind of housing, the main thing is that there are documents that this house is registered to us. For several days in a row, they approached the girl and re-examined the moment and what documents were needed. Having collected all the documents and found the guarantors, we came to apply for a loan. A preliminary contract was also presented, where it was clearly written that the house was located in the village. The girl who advised us sent us to another specialist to apply for a loan. And so they issued everything to us and told us to wait for a message from the bank that as soon as we receive it, we can go home. And so, the day came when we received a message that our loan was approved. We joyfully went with the realtor to apply for documents at the BRTI, registration is certainly not free there (320 rubles). With all the necessary documents, we went to the bank again to transfer the money to the seller. They accepted it at our bank and, of course, there, too, it was written in all the documents that housing was in a rural area. And so, after 5 hours, the consultant calls us back and says, "you know what, it turns out that our bank does not give loans for agricultural products." To put it mildly, we were shocked. There was so much work done, time, and effort. Of course, we had to go back to BRTI and terminate the drawn-up contract, and this is again 340 rubles.
Because of an illiterate specialist, we spent a decent amount. I do not understand why the bank does not check its specialists for knowledge of its own services. Of course, we wrote an application to the bank to resolve this error of the specialist and return our money, which of course we were refused.
