One of the worst banks in the city. That's why. It is not possible to withdraw cash from ATMs on weekends. On May 21 and 22, there was no cash on Engels, and on May 23, on Monday, the ATM was blocked altogether. There are long queues at the bank, only 4 out of 8 windows are open. Only Belarusbank can be worse.
