Non-competent employees who need to confirm their qualifications. They also do not admit their mistakes and instead of apologizing, they try to shift the blame to the client. There is no chapel for indignation!!! Fire me! Check their knowledge more often and check what they do in the workplace.

The queue, people leave and leave coupons , came to the booth at 14.05 only at 14.38 . People asked why it took so long and why they would not open the second ticket office , received an answer. The computer was frozen in the first cash register and the second cash register at lunch until 14.45. Would have put 0 stars

Unfortunately, I happened to make a payment in this institution. There was an impression that there was only one computer mouse for the whole bank. I spent about an hour and a half in the queue. I hope that no more situations will happen that will lead me to this department again.
