Well, I have another Belcard. I waited in line at their department for an hour, then they turned me down with some incomprehensible explanation, and I ended up without a card. You need to go and do it again. If an employee is not competent, why does he work there? Bring your employees up to date in a timely manner so that they do not mislead customers

I had to visit this bank and deal with them. Opening an account for a PO. My questions were solved quickly for the first time, but the second appeal left an unpleasant feeling. A specialist is like a lottery, depending on who you get to. I can't say anything more.
