At this point, I took a break and later asked for a book of complaints, of course I was refused, she motivated me by the fact that I was not denied service and they would try (EXACTLY TRY) to make a transfer. Naturally, I flared up, quarreled and left without a word ....
One thing is not clear why such organizations do not train staff to work gramatically in their specialty.
