Closing the wallet, they gave 1800 rubles, and a day later they sent an SMS that I owed them 12 kopecks. I called the bank to ask who they billed, they say it's a bank customer, although I'm no longer a bank customer. They wanted to pay me a fine for several years from 12 kopecks. MTS also works.

The service is long, the window for the "Payments" operation stood for 1.5 hours. As a result, he just left, because a person immediately hung there for 40 minutes, and then this window simply stopped accepting people and numbers like "E020, E024" stopped showing up in the electronic queue. I went to another branch with a live queue. My operation took 20 minutes there and that's it.
