A 3-star hotel, excellent! Location in the city center, near the pond, Victory Park, theaters, shops, metro are all nearby. The hotel itself has a good infrastructure, a swimming pool, exercise equipment, grocery and souvenir shops, a pharmacy, a cafe on the 1st floor and a restaurant on the 21st floor. There is also a buffet on the 1st floor, a large cafe, if the food is not included in the price, then you can go in time and buy 31 Belarusian rubles, but only in cash. The tour desk where you can book excursions is on the 2nd floor. The rooms are standard, there is a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and they are cleaned daily. There is a water cooler on each floor in the lobby. We stayed for 10 days, the impressions about the hotel are only positive!

It is conveniently located, quite comfortable, the staff is friendly, there is a luggage storage, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bar, a souvenir shop and a tour agency. Such availability of services in one place is a very convenient combo, especially for a tourist. There is a park nearby, so it will be very convenient for those living with dogs in terms of walking. I really liked the restaurant with a panoramic view and the cuisine is at a good level.
Of the cons:
1) room cleaning suffers: upon arrival, the floor was dirty, cleaning in the bathroom was also questioned.
2) the reception is not able to transfer to restaurants for booking, to a tour agency, which of course is not very convenient, there is no single window for the client.

Everything is fine, but there are still a couple of complaints, or points for growth.
Comfortable rooms, free parking for guests, good Internet, with decent speed, which is achieved by the fact that guests are given personal Wi-fi passwords, that is, the bandwidth is not clogged by everyone, a swimming pool and a gym (they could not visit and evaluate it, there was little time in Minsk, but we will fix it next visit here), we did not visit the casino, during our visit, there was a controversial decision to close the cafe for service, but it was compensated by the opening of the dining room for everyone, they cook well in the cafe and breakfast and in the dining room, I can't say anything about the casino, they also did not have time to visit, they left for the next time.
Disadvantages:
The first drawback, rather even an oversight of the staff, when checking in, they forgot to charge us for early check-in and the first breakfast at early check-in, they forgot, we did not notice, when paying with a currency conversion card, it is difficult to track.
In my opinion, when the employee saw his mistake, it was possible:
- call the room;
- ask the maid to leave a reminder so that we can contact the reception.
- call a mobile phone number, etc.
The staff decided to shift responsibility for the mistake onto the guests and the room access card was blocked, not that it caused much inconvenience, but it was unpleasant, although no one avoided paying, this case can be used in the future and become better when training staff.
Well, the second thing is that it applies to a lesser extent to the hotel, but nevertheless, since the hotel is a separate "ecosystem", in my opinion, there is also something to work on, the operating mode of cafes and shops is very limited, if you suddenly need water / adhesive tape / snack/ coffee (well, or something else, if you return late), you will not be able to purchase it, I can assume that this disadvantage can be solved even easier than the first one, and I do not even resort to increasing the length of staff time by installing vending machines.
Well, in the end, I'll add that if Yandex and I had the opportunity to give a "five-minus" I would have given this particular rating, so I definitely recommend this hotel.
I would like to add that a couple of days have passed since a written review was left in the book of complaints and suggestions and we received an official email response about the measures taken - a conversation was held on how to correctly resolve such situations. 👍

Nice hotel.
Excellent breakfasts. That was all I needed.

The hotel is located in the very center. Near the Museum of the Great Patriotic War, near the shopping center, you can walk to the Komarovsky market.
We were in a Standard class room. The room is very small. The room is still fine, but the hallway and bathroom are very cramped. It is necessary to keep this in mind and, if this is a problem, take a room with a larger area.
There is a cafe, souvenirs, pharmacy in the lobby. There is a nice grocery store. The prices are very reasonable. You can safely buy edible gifts in it.
In summary, a very decent hotel with rich breakfasts and a good location.

If there were 10 stars, I would have put all 10. A wonderful hotel. Convenient location (near bus stops, shopping center). Beautiful walking area along the river. We had a rest from December 2 to December 6. We took a breakfast tour, which we never regretted. Excellent choice of dishes. Visiting the pool. The guests of the hotel have an hour free of charge, we had plenty of that time. Standard room, cleaning/change of towels every day. The room is cozy, everything you need is there. There were slippers in the room too. There is a cooler with hot/cold water on the floor.

The location is great! NOT over the road like chain hotels. Away from the noise, but very close to the embankment, Upper Town, metro, shopping center.

Toothbrushes are not provided. But there are slippers.
The only negative is that on windy days the window blew out terribly. They said they couldn't do anything, but they moved me to another room.
There's also a pool with an aquapark slide, but since we had a cold, we couldn't go down. But the pharmacy inside the hotel helped out.

The room has a refrigerator, TV and hairdryer, slippers, shower and hand gel, extra. There is no blanket, kettle or iron. There is a cooler on the floor where you can get water. Breakfast is a separate story: the food is delicious, quite varied, I really liked it, BUT... The queue is 50m to the elevators due to the fact that the vacationers themselves, instead of going in and taking a table, and then calmly coming up and picking up food, form a queue along the distribution tables from the entrance, respectively, there are slow comrades who do not know what to choose.. At the same time, unfortunately, the administration is not doing anything to fix this. I understand that this influx of tourists is due to the fact that 5-6 buses depart at once for excursions at the same time and all meet for breakfast, but there are many ways to avoid such traffic jams. This includes the arrangement of distribution tables and administration, tourists also need to be taught, we ourselves are kind of stupid. Overall, I liked it, despite some shortcomings, the impression of Belarus and the advantages of the hotel created an overall positive feeling from visiting this hotel!

The rooms are nice, but there is a very small shower room combined with a bathroom. I'm talking about a standard room with a double bed. Clean, very clean! The refrigerators in the rooms are practically not working. There is no safe, but storage is possible on the 1st floor, not at the reception. There is an ironing room on the 16th floor. Cafe, bar, restaurant on the 22nd floor (I do not recommend it). The location is good - the center. In general, if you stay for a night or two and are limited by budget, then of course I recommend it. If you claim comfort and luxury, you are clearly not here.

I liked everything in the hotel, and the room on the 17th floor, and the view from the window - wonderful sunrises, sunsets. Cool view from the observation deck from the 22nd floor, presented with a birthday certificate. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, there is a sauna. For hotel guests, an hour a day is free of charge. There were no breakfasts, so we don't know what they are. The hotel is large, there are many elevators, and you can't hear the neighbors. Great.

A good hotel, the price-quality ratio is consistent. Excellent location, in the center, convenient access to any part of the city. Towels are changed, proper cleaning, good mattresses and bed linen. The breakfasts are good, there is food for every taste. Slightly renovate the bathrooms and a solid 4* could be.we had a rest in January 2025.

An excellent hotel for quite reasonable money.
Rooms for 1-2 guests are quite suitable.
Breakfasts are generally a separate song.
The assortment is huge, the products are mostly local and, of course, delicious.
There is also a fitness room for an additional fee, more like a rocking chair with everything you need and an aqua zone.
It is important that you can park safely and the center is just around the corner.
But book in advance, with a huge hotel fund, very often all rooms are occupied!!!

We came to the Republic of Belarus on a 3-day excursion in November 2024. And they did not regret at all that they stayed at the Belarus 3* hotel. 15 minutes walk from the center. There is a shopping center and a Kommunarka factory store nearby, where we bought various sweets as a gift to our grandchildren. The rooms are spacious, with snow-white linen and towels. There is a hairdryer and air conditioning. The cooler is on the floor (we lived on the ninth). There were a lot of elevators, we hardly had to wait for them. I was amazed by the buffet. We also stayed in 4* hotels, but there was no such thing anywhere. For breakfast, among other things, there was fried chicken, cutlets, and fish. A lot of different pastries. A gorgeous buffet! But what struck us the most was the aqua zone with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, slide, three saunas with different temperatures. For hotel guests, all this beauty is free from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., and then for 50%. On the 22nd floor there is a Panorama restaurant, and on the 25th there is an observation deck for a small fee. There is a bar and a souvenir shop on the ground floor. The cost of coffee in the bar is the same as in the city. We really liked everything! Come and see for yourself!
