There was a cinema the coolest and most cozy before, it became a shopping center. I watched Indian action movies, Hong Gil Don and Terminator 1/2 in it. In its best years, it is quite a popular shopping center. Now it has turned into a rag and grocery store that is higher than the first floor and there is no need to walk. And on the fourth, in general, it's a "rolling ball." There is no "currency exchange" for 8-9 years. Even an ATM to put on a mobile phone (put it if someone's eye hurts suddenly).But the rent is cheap. Just because few people get there.

Vitebsk is a beautiful city, we stopped not far from Pobedy Square. everything is within walking distance,we were in a shopping center in general, not bad, there are not many brands, but this is not Minsk for that wonderful art. city pedestrian street, a large number of banks,there are good restaurants with national cuisine, but we ate in "Cornflowers" to everyone I advise you!

This place was recommended to us by local KGB officers on July 3, Independence Day, when asked where to buy souvenirs in Vitebsk. Souvenirs are not for sale here, this is a clothing market, as in Russia in the 90s and early 00s.... Or maybe the Belarusian KGB had some kind of plan of its own, incomprehensible to us.

There was a gorgeous cinema with huge palm trees on three floors, huge aquariums, a cafeteria. a cinema hall with stereo movies. A huge screen, I went there once or twice a week in the USSR, in the 90s I completely faded, there were discos there casino slot machines, in the 2000s it was empty. Now there are mostly people who regularly visit inexpensive Chinese low-quality consumer goods stores, the smell of which is simply disgusting.
