I rented a scooter from Yandex. Yandex also charges a 10p deposit for the trip.At the end of the trip, the 10p deposit was refunded. 10p was not returned to me, I wrote to Yandex support. I agreed. A couple of days later , the money came to me .After a while, the bank called me and when talking to the girl, she admitted that the bank had been withholding money all this time. The bank cheated on me.Bank 10p is fascinating and contact the organization if the organization does not respond for several days, then the money is returned to the client .I wrote a complaint at the bank's office and included comments and suggestions. I received a reply 2 times with a lie that the money was returned 💰 10p on the same day , at the end of the trip .It turns out that the user rented a scooter not how many times a day and not how many days.Then the deposit will not have to wait for how many days ? There are 3 ticket offices in total. Of these, only 2e are working. We have the following picture - a queue of 4-5 people sits at the ticket office and waits for about an hour, because in these 2 unhappy cash desks, you don't understand who from other points is constantly wedged in. In addition to this, the queue does not understand how it is built, because people come, take coupons and get ahead of you to these very cash desks. Utter horror. Definitely not recommended!

And they have only one cash register for payments. And there are two more people at the checkout. And of course I don't have time. And you can't make my payment in the info kiosk. Well, I have a question, this is how awesome employees work there, that they are given time for lunch and at the same time do not care that you need to pay for something. And how well it works to protect the guards, and in other departments there is no one to ask for quick protection. And if the employees in the district offices come out after work as exhausted as a lemon, but they will serve everyone. Then they work carelessly in this department. I'm going to bypass this department from now on. Well, only if he accepts it very, very much and then through a lot of negativity. This is not a personal appeal to any employee of this department, everyone followed their instructions. Which was invented by their superiors.
